Course delivery
All courses are managed & delivered by AWS Training & Certification and all instructors are employees of AWS.
Are lunch and refreshments provided?
Yes, all classes will have 15 minute tea and coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon, with ½ an hour scheduled for lunch. No lunch is provided.
How long are the classes?
The instructor-Led training classes range from one to three days. Review individual course descriptions for complete details.
How do I pay for my course and what payments methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards or you can pay us using BACS or SWIFT or company cheque. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear. All course fees must be paid prior to attendance.
Where are the courses held?

Can you organise in-house training?
Yes, we can organise in-house training, depending on the group size. Pleasecontact us for details.
Do I need to bring my own laptop to the instructor led training courses?

Yes, you must bring your own laptop when you attend an Amazon Web Services led training class. A tablet device will not be sufficient. Your laptop should have administrator privileges. If using Windows, you will need Chrome, Firefox, or IE9.

What time do the classes start and finish?
All classes start at 9:00am and end at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to check-in on the first day.
